Polite Notice To SFA Occupants .

Recently there have been a number of complaints to the Welfare Teams from occupants of SFA.

Occupants of SFA are reminded of the extract from the licence to occupy.

6.3.6 You must not racially, sexually or in any other way, harass Your neighbours or cause a nuisance or annoyance or allow members of Your household invited guests or pets to cause a nuisance or annoyance to any neighbours or to UsOur staff, agents or contractors.

6.3.7 You must not make or allow members of Your household, invited guests or pets to make any noise that causes a nuisance to Your neighbours or to Us or can be heard outside the Propertybetween 11pm and 8am.

Occupants are also reminded:

Dogs must not be let of their leads whilst on the Married estate and dogs are not allowed in the play parks unless they are guide dogs.

All Vehicles parked on the married estate and not on private drive ways must be removed if they are not road legal with in date Tax, insurance and MOT. Parking bays are still officially part of the public highway and vehicles that are declared SORN are to be removed from the bays.

Carillionamey : Change of Opening Times for Complaints/Compliments Call Line

Change to existing service - From 1st March, CarillionAmey, are changing their opening times for their complaints and compliments call line, the 0800 707 6000 option 5 number, at the Helpdesk. 
On the Option 5 service, calls will now be answered between 0830hrs to 1700hrs. CarillionAmey want to make sure that families who have raised complaints receive clearer responses and in order to do this we need our complaints handlers to spend quality time looking into each complaint to provide more informed responses to each customer. This change is intended to improve our customer service to you, our customers.
